For those PADI Dive Centres using EVE, you’ll know how important regular communication with your customers is.  It not only increases sales, but also increases that all important sense of community that divers enjoy, ensuring that they remain in our sport for years to come.

The traditional starting point of the new season is upon us, and so we have a suite of new EVE email templates for you to download and utilise within your ISSYS Dive Management Software.

Instructions for getting these templates across into Microsoft Outlook are at the bottom of the post.

If you need help in customising the templates to link with your PADI eLearning portal, or linking to your Facebook business page, please contact your PADI Regional Manager.

To Edit the Template for EVE. –

You can edit the templates in a number of ways including Dreamweaver and other html edit software.

Below I will explain how you can edit templates easily in outlook as a basic option;

Open the .html file template in a internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer (click the thumbnail above to open the template)

Then click: File > Send > Page by E-Mail…

You can then edit the email in outlook from here and then send it to yourself to save for EVE.

Important: Please make sure you update the sections that you need to edit, i.e. contact details, Facebook page and customised eLearning link.

Make your edits then send to yourself as you would with normal EVE templates.
